Kent Julian's keynote really hit home with me and was one of the best presentations that I've ever been able to participate in! His ability to engage with the audience, to connect with all the different people represented in the room, and to get us laughing really broke down barriers. And in the end, his message forced me to take a hard look at myself and consider how to put the principle shared into practice in my life and work.

Kent is an energetic and upbeat speaker who definitely keeps the audience engaged. And He brings his presentations to life with real-world examples and interactive experiences that are fun, insightful, and captivating (the "Child of What Decade" exercise was a hilarious trip down memory lane). 

I have always been an advocate of E+R=O and Kent's explanation and examples were fresh and gave each attendee an opportunity to grow in their leadership. 

My only complaint is I wish his keynote would have been longer. So many things that were incredibly insightful were packed into too short of a presentation.
